Nutella Pudding Cups

Ingredients 1 (13 ounce) container of Nutella 2 1/2 cups 2% milk 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup corn starch 3 egg yolks 2 tablespoons butter For the Topping Whipped Cream, store-bought or homemade Grated dark chocolate Instructions Transfer the Nutella from the container to a large mixing bowl using a spatula. Add about 1 cup of the milk to the Nutella and stir to combine. Once smooth, add more milk and continue stirring. Add the rest of the milk and give it a last stir. The nutella should be mostly dissolved into the milk, but don’t worry too much if you have a few wayward lumps. In a large sauce pan, whisk the sugar and cornstarch until it’s light and powdery. Slowly add the Nutella and milk mixture. Start with a 1/2 cup and whisk until smooth. Slowly add the rest of the Nutella and milk, whisking continuously. Add the egg yolks and whisk until combined. Mango Pudding

Ingredients 1/2 cup (125ml) boiled hot water 1 packet (1 tbsp) unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup (100g) sugar pinch of salt 1 cup (250ml) coconut milk (evaporated milk or table cream works too) 1 cup (250ml) fresh ripe mango puree (about 2 medium mangoes) optional some diced mangoes and shredded coconut to garnish Instructions In a medium bowl, whisk together the gelatin and boiled hot water until no lumps remain. Whisk in the sugar and salt until dissolved. Stir in the coconut milk, then mango puree until mixture is smooth. Pour into 4 ramekins or small bowls. Ingredients For Sushi Rice: 3 cups short-grain Japanese rice 1/4 cup rice vinegar 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar 2 teaspoons salt 3 1/4 cups cold water Instructions Rinse rice in fine mesh strainer under cold water for a few minutes then shake off excess water. Place into large sauce pot along with water. Cook covered over low/medium heat, bring to a simmer, turn heat down to low and cook just until water is evaporated - about 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat. In small saucepan, combine the rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Cook over low heat and stir until dissolved. Pour over prepared rice, stir with wooden spoon, cover rice and let stand for at least 30 minutes before using. Let the rice cool enough so it's just warm to touch. Super Easy Ice Cream Sandwich Cake Recipe

Ingredients: 7 ice cream sandwiches ( I used the Blue Bunny brand ) 8oz. Cool Whip or whip cream equivalent one candy bar, chopped (I used Twix) hot fudge to drizzle Directions: Line a loaf pan with wax paper . Fit one layer of ice cream sandwiches on the bottom (if you use the Blue Bunny brand, the length fits perfectly in a loaf pan and you’ll just have to cut one of the sandwiches in half). Spread half the Cool Whip on top of the sandwiches followed by another layer of ice cream sandwiches and the rest of cool whip. Then sprinkle the chopped candy bar on top (or chocolate chips would work too!). Freeze for at least two hours and up to a week. To serve, pull up on the wax paper – the cake should come right out. Place on a cake plate. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate fudge if desired. Serves about 6-8. This is so simple to make, super tasty and looks A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Easy Chocolate Cake Ingredients: 100 g flour 225 g dark chocolate 6 large eggs 200 g butter softened 70 g ground almonds 100 g sugar Method Chop the chocolate and cut the butter into small cubes. In a saucepan, heat the chocolate over low heat and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter cubes. Stir until smooth. Add the egg yolks one at a time to the chocolate mixture stirring strongly. Once you have added all the egg yolks add the flour, ground almonds and sugar. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9 inch cake dish. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until peaks form. Gently add to the chocolate mixture. Ingredients 6 sheets sushi seaweed aka nori 1 batch prepared sushi rice 1/2 lb sushi-grade raw salmon, or desired raw fish of choice 4 oz cream cheese, sliced into strips 1 avocado, sliced soy sauce, for serving Instructions Place the seaweed on a bamboo mat, then cover the sheet of seaweed with an even layer of prepared sushi rice. Smooth gently with the rice paddle. Layer salmon, cream cheese, and avocado on the rice, and roll it up tightly. Ingredients 3 cups prepared sushi rice ½ pound sashimi grade tuna 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce 2 tablespoons chopped green onions ½ teaspoon sesame oil ½ teaspoon hot chile oil 2 sheet nori, cut in half crosswise 1 tablespoons white roasted sesame seeds 2 tablespoons black roasted sesame seeds Spicy mayo ( click here for recipe ) Bamboo mat, covered with plastic wrap Wasabi paste Instructions Slice the tuna into ¼" cubes In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, sriracha, chili oil, sesame oil and 1 tablespoon green onions Lay the sheet of nori (shiny side down) on a bamboo mat. Ingredients 4 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 med yellow onion, chopped 1 tbsp avocado oil 2/3 cup of water 2/3 cup GF flour blend 1/4 cup almond flour* 1 tablespoon tomato paste 2 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 head cauliflower, cut into 2-inch florets 1/3 cup hot sauce Instructions Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Heat avocado oil on med-high on stove-top, and saute garlic and onion for 3-4 minutes, until soft and translucent. Remove from heat, and add to blender with 2/3 cup of water. Blend until mostly smooth. Add GF flour, almond flour, tomato paste, paprika, and parsley to blender. Blend until it creates a batter that is thick and smooth. Transfer into bowl with the cauliflower florets, and mix until cauliflower pieces are completely coated. No Churn Oreo Fudge Ice Cream

Ingredients 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 10 Oreo cookies, chopped ⅓ cup hot fudge topping Instructions In a large bowl of a stand-mixer or with an electric hand-mixer, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. (This took about 6 to 7 minutes in my Kitchen-Aid mixer, using the whisk attachment.) In a separate medium bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Add the chopped Oreos to milk and stir to combine. Pour Oreo mixture into the whipped cream and gently fold to combine. Pour mixture into a 2 quart pan. Slightly heat the fudge for 10 to 15 seconds in microwave (just so it's pourable but not hot) and drizzle over the cream mixture. Using a knife, gently make swirls through out the cream.
